Compassionate Consideration
In an effort to keep up to date with industry and student demands, ICS has adopted a formal Compassionate Consideration policy. This allows ICS to be flexible in how they deal with students and members. If a student or member would like to appeal a standard 'rule' the ICS have in place, they can fill in the form and submit it to either Maxine at

if it's a members' problem. This allows ICS to look into each case independently and where appropriate to adapt their approach to suit a given situation.
